This course is designed for people who are leaders of organising. It is aimed at people who lead a team of organisers at a local or national level, and who are responsible for developing and implementing organising plans.

This development program aims to equip leaders of organising to drive structured, systematic and effective organising teams. Past participants valued the practical ideas and focus on skills development.
